Follow the below instructions to resolve the Screen Size issue in Kodi:
-> First Start your Box normally
->Now from Home Screen go into Settings option
->Click On Display
->Click HDMI Auto-Detection – Toggle to Off
->Now click on HDMI Output Mode Settings
-> Set the option manually to 1080p-50hz or you can set it to whatever Resolution your TV can display
->Now click on Set Display Position and set you display position by increasing or decreasing according to your Screen Size
->After that you need to return back to the Home Screen of your Box by pressing the Home Button on your Remote
->Now from Home Screen go into Kodi,
->Click on System
->Click on System again
->Go to Setting Level (Bottom Left Hand Corner), make sure you set it to Expert option.
->Now Select the Video Output option at the top.
->Click on Video Calibration and then begin calibrating your Screen size, make sure the Corner Lines are visible and make the perfect Square at the centre of the screen.
